摘要
目的 分析磷酸铝凝胶联合兰索拉唑治疗胃溃疡的临床疗效。方法 选取本院于2022年4月至2023年7月收治的80例胃溃疡患者为研究对象,随机分为对照组及观察组,对照组接受兰索拉唑治疗,观察组接受兰索拉唑联合磷酸铝凝胶治疗,对比两组患者的治疗有效率、临床症状消失时间及MMP-9、hs-CRP水平。结果 观察组患者治疗总有效率95.00%高于对照组的85.00%(P <0.05),临床症状消失时间均快于观察组(P <0.05),MMP-9及hs-CRP水平均低于对照组(P <0.05)。结论 磷酸铝凝胶联合兰索拉唑对胃溃疡患者进行治疗,可以减少患者临床症状的存在时间,提高治疗有效率。
Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of aluminum phosphate gel combined with lansoprazole in the treatment of gastric ulcer.Methods A total of 80 cases of gastric ulcer patients admitted to our hospital from April 2022 to July 2023 were selected as research subjects,randomly divided into control group and observation group,the control group received lansoprazole treatment,and the observation group received lansoprazole combined with aluminum phosphate gel treatment,and compared the treatment efficiency,clinical symptom disappearance time,and the levels of MMP-9 and hs-CRP of the patients in the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment of patients in the observation group was 95.00% higher than 85.00% in the control group(P<0.05),the time of disappearance of clinical symptoms was faster than that of the observation group(P<0.05),and the levels of MMP-9 and hs-CRP were lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Aluminum phosphate gel combined with lansoprazole in the treatment of gastric ulcer patients can reduce the time of the existence of clinical symptoms of patients and improve the effectiveness of treatment.
