摘要
目的 对慢性阻塞性肺疾病(慢阻肺)实施多学科协作护理新模式的效果观察及有关指标分析。方法 选择2022年1月至2023年1月我院收治的68例慢阻肺患者,按随机数字表法分为两组,对照组(34例)予常规护理,观察组(34例)予多学科协作护理新模式,比较两组护理效果。结果 干预后,观察组肺功能(FVC、FEV1、MVV)均高于对照组,护理总有效率高于对照组(P <0.05),SAS、SDS分值均低于对照组(P <0.05),各项生存质量分值均低于对照组(P <0.05),睡眠质量改善效果均优于对照组(P <0.05)。结论 慢阻肺实施多学科协作护理新模式后可取得较好的护理效果,利于强化肺功能,纠正心理及睡眠状况,提升生存质量。
Objective To observe the effect of implementing the new model of multidisciplinary collaborative care for chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD) and analyze the related indexes.Methods A total of 68 cases of COPD patients admitted to our hospital from January 2022 to January 2023 were randomly divided into two groups,the control group(n=34) was given conventional care,and the observation group(n=34)was given the new model of multidisciplinary collaborative nursing care,and the effect of nursing care was compared between the two groups.Results After the intervention,the lung function(FVC,FEV1,MVV) of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the total nursing efficiency was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),the SAS and SDS scores were lower than that of the control group(P<0.05),the quality of life scores were lower than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the improvement of sleep quality was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions After the implementation of the new model of multidisciplinary collaborative nursing care for COPD can achieve better nursing effect,which is conducive to strengthening pulmonary function,correcting psychological and sleep conditions,and improving the quality of survival.
