摘要
目的 探究在新生儿护理中应用新生儿早期基本保健技术的效果和价值。方法 选取2022年3月至2023年2月在我院正常分娩的128例新生儿作为研究对象,遵循随机数字表法分组原则,将其分为参照组与试验组,各64例。参照组新生儿给予常规护理干预,试验组新生儿则开展早期基本保健技术干预。比较两组新生儿干预后的脐带脱落时间、啼哭持续时间、觅乳时间、出生后90 min体温和出生3 d后的体重增长情况、护理不良事件发生率以及家长满意度。结果 干预后,试验组新生儿的脐带脱落时间、啼哭持续时间、觅乳时间短于参照组,试验组新生儿出生后90 min体温、出生3 d后的体重增长高于参照组,试验组新生儿护理不良事件发生率低于参照组,试验组新生儿家长对护理工作的满意度高于参照组(P均<0.05)。结论 新生儿早期基本保健技术用在新生儿护理中的成效十分显著,不仅能够有效改善新生儿的啼哭行为,缩短其觅乳时间,加快其体重的增长速度,还能预防和减少一系列不良事件的发生,提高家长满意度,促进新生儿预后。
Objective To explore the effectiveness and value of applying early basic neonatal health care techniques in neonatal care.Methods 128newborns who delivered normally in our hospital from March 2022 to February 2023 were selected as the research subjects.They were divided into a reference group(n=64) and an experimental group(n=64) according to the principle of random number table grouping.The reference group newborns received routine nursing intervention,while the experimental group newborns received early basic health care technology intervention.Compare the time of umbilical cord detachment,duration of crying,lactation time,body temperature 90 minutes after birth,weight gain 3 days after birth,incidence of nursing adverse events,and parental satisfaction between two groups of newborns after intervention.Results After intervention,the umbilical cord detachment time,crying duration,and breastfeeding time of newborns in the experimental group were significantly shorter than those in the reference group.The body temperature and weight gain of newborns in the experimental group at 90 minutes after birth and 3 days after birth were significantly higher than those in the reference group.The incidence of adverse nursing events in newborns in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the reference group.The satisfaction of parents of newborns in the experimental group with nursing work was significantly higher than that in the reference group(all P<0.05).Conclusions The effectiveness of early basic health care techniques for newborns in neonatal care is very significant.It can not only effectively improve the crying behavior of newborns,shorten their lactation time,accelerate their weight growth rate,but also prevent and reduce a series of adverse events,improve parental satisfaction,promote neonatal prognosis.
