摘要
目的 分析在急诊外伤患者中采用无缝衔接一体化式护理的应用效果。方法 选取2020年1月至2021年7月我院采用常规急救的30例急诊外伤患者作为对照组,另选2021年8月至2022年12月我院采用无缝衔接一体化式护理的30例急诊外伤患者作为观察组,对比两组患者急救各环节用时(平均伤情评估时间、医师接诊时间、急诊抢救时间、入手术室时间、创伤控制时间)、抢救成功率、术后并发症发生率。结果 观察组患者伤情评估、医师接诊、急诊抢救、入手术室和创伤控制等诊治时间均短于对照组(P <0.05);观察组患者抢救成功率高于对照组(P <0.05);观察组患者致残、休克、感染等术后并发症发生率低于对照组(P <0.05)。结论 在急诊外伤患者护理中,实施无缝衔接一体化式护理可以缩短诊治时间、减少并发症、提高抢救成功率,确保急诊救治的效果。
Objective To analyze the application effect of using seamless integrated nursing care in emergency trauma patients.Methods Thirty emergency trauma patients in our hospital who used conventional emergency care from January 2020 to July 2021 were selected as the control group,and 30 emergency trauma patients in our hospital who used seamless integrated care from August 2021 to December 2022 were selected as the observation group,comparing the time spent in each part of emergency care(average injury assessment time,physician's reception time,emergency rescue time,admission time to the operating room,trauma control time),the success rate,and the incidence of postoperative complications.(average injury assessment time,physician's reception time,emergency rescue time,admission time to the operating room,trauma control time),the success rate of rescue,and the incidence of postoperative complications in the two groups.Results The consultation and treatment time of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group in terms of injury assessment,physician's consultation,emergency rescue,admission to the operating room,and trauma control(P<0.05);the resuscitation success rate of the patients in the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);and the incidence of postoperative complications,such as disability,shock,and infection,was lower than that of the control group in the observation group(P<0.05).Conclusions In the care of emergency trauma patients,the implementation of seamless integrated care can shorten the consultation time,reduce complications,improve the success rate of resuscitation,and ensure the effect of emergency treatment.
