摘要
目的:分析重型再生障碍性贫血合并感染患者护理中应用优质护理干预的临床效果及对患者睡眠质量的影响。方法:选取2022年1月至2023年1月蚌埠医学院附属蚌埠第三人民医院血液内科收治的重型再生障碍性贫血合并感染患者78例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法随机分为观察组和对照组,每组39例。对照组接受传统护理,观察组接受高质量的护理干预。结果:护理后,观察组患者较对照组表现出更好的睡眠质量和更长的睡眠时间,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者护理满意度明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者生命质量评分优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的护理效率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对重型再生障碍性贫血合并感染患者采取优质护理,能够对患者的生命质量、睡眠质量等方面产生改善作用,且还能提高病症治疗效果,值得临床推广。
Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of high quality nursing intervention in the nursing of severe aplastic anemia.Methods:A total of 78 patients of coinfection with severe aplastic anemia admitted to the Department of Hematology of Bengbu Third People′s Hospital affiliated to Bengbu Medical College from January 2022 to January 2023 were selected as the study subjects and randomly divided into observation group and control group according to the random number table method,with 39 cases in each group.The control group received traditional care,and the observation group received a high-quality care intervention.Results:After nursing,the patients in the observation group showed significantly better sleep quality and longer sleep time than the control group,statistically different(P<0.05);the observation group was significantly higher than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the patients in the observation group scored better than the control group,statistically significant(P<0.05);the nursing efficiency in the observation group was significantly higher than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Patients with severe aplastic anemia with infection in the process of treatment with quality care,can improve patients′quality of life,sleep quality,and also can improve the effect of disease treatment,through high quality nursing enhance patient′s satisfaction and coordination degree,promote patients early recovery,worthy of clinical promotion.
