神山石灰岩矿边坡预裂爆破数值模拟及应用

摘要 为了提高神山溜井平台边坡控制爆破成型效果,提出了采用宽孔距大孔径预裂爆破方式进行边坡成型控制爆破;设计中选取偏心装药结构并对各项爆破参数进行了研究和优化,提出了爆破质量控制措施;采用数值模拟技术对预裂孔成缝过程进行了数值模拟分析。结果表明:岩体在425μs时预裂缝贯通,成缝效果明显,未出现明显的超欠挖现象;现场爆破后边坡壁面平整,无明显超欠挖现象,半孔痕迹清晰,连续性较好,半孔率达到85%左右,达到预定目标。 In order to improve the effect of controlled blasting for the slope of Shenshan chute platform,the article proposes a wide hole spacing and large aperture presplitting blasting method for controlled blasting for slope formation.In the design,the article selects eccentric charging structure,studies and optimizes various blasting parameters,and puts forward the blasting quality control measures.We use the numerical simulation technology to analyze the seam forming process of pre splitting holes.The results show that the pre-fracture of rock mass is penetrated at 425μs,and the effect of joint formation is obvious,and there is no obvious over-excavation phenomenon.After the field blasting experiment,the slope wall surface is flat,there is no obvious over-excavation phenomenon,the semi-hole trace is clear,and the continuity is good,and the semi-hole rate reaches about 85%,reaching the predetermined goal.
