摘要
锥形束CT(cone beam CT,CBCT)影像技术具有图像失真小、空间分辨率高、能够提供三维图像、扫描时间短、辐射剂量较普通CT低等优点,在口腔医学诊疗、教学和科研等方面应用广泛。在牙体牙髓病学领域,利用CBCT既能够比较精准地测量牙体形态特征,亦可有效观测牙髓腔和根管形态特征,特别是对各种特殊的髓腔及根管形态进行有效判断。文章就近年来CBCT在牙体牙髓形态学研究中的应用做一综述。
Cone beam CT(CBCT)imaging technology has been widely used in the field of oral diagnosis and treatment,teaching and scientific research for its advantages of minimal image distortion,high spatial resolution,providing three dimensional images,short scanning time and lower radiation dose compared with traditional CT.In the field of operative dentistry and endodontics,CBCT can be used not only to accurately measure the morphological characteristics of teeth,but also to effectively observe and measure the shape and number of dental pulp chamber and root canals,especially the special variation of pulp chamber and root canals.This article reviews the application of CBCT in the morphological researches of teeth and root canal system in recent years.
