摘要 高职教师具备数字素养的意义在于推动教育数字化转型、提高教学效果、促进学生的学习和发展、提升教师的专业素养以及增强学校的综合实力等。教师具备的数字素养包括:具备数字化意识、掌握数字技术知识与技能、具备数字化应用能力和数字化交流与协作能力。高职院校应该重视教师数字素养的提升,开展教师数字素养培训,建设数字素养教学资源,建立数字素养评价体系,鼓励教师参与数字化教学改革,为数字化时代的教育教学提供更好的人才支撑。 The significance of digital literacy for teachers in higher vocational colleges is to promote the digital transformation of education,improve the teaching effect,promote the learning and development of students,improve the professional literacy of teachers,and enhance the comprehensive strength of schools.The digital literacy of teachers includes:being equipped with digital awareness,mastering digital technology knowledge and skills,and being equipped with digital application ability,as well as digital communication and collaboration ability.Higher vocational colleges need to focus on the improvement of teachers' digital literacy,carry out digital literacy training for teachers,construct digital literacy teaching resources,establish a digital literacy evaluation system,encourage teachers to participate in digital teaching reform,and provide better talent support for education and teaching in the digital era.
