摘要
目的 探讨三级中医医院运营管理及绩效考核效果。方法 选取2020年1—12月济南市中西医结合医院单纯进行绩效考核方式的急诊科护理人员20名作为对照组,同时选择2021年1—12月济南市中西医结合医院进行医院运营管理联合绩效考核方式的急诊科护理人员22名作为研究组。比较2组急诊科护理人员临床护理质量、满意度、被投诉率。结果 研究组护理文件、护理安全、急救药品、无菌技术、消毒隔离等评分高于对照组(P <0.05);研究组总满意度为95.5%,高于对照组的65.0%(P <0.05);研究组护理人员被投诉率低于对照组(P <0.05)。结论 三级中医医院中使用医院运营管理联合绩效考核方式的管理效果较好。
Objective To explore the operation management and performance evaluation effect of tertiary Chinese medicine hospitals.Methods A total of 20 nurses in the emergency department of Ji'nan Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine Hospital from January to December 2020 were selected as the control group,and 22 nurses in the emergency department of Ji'nan Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine Hospital who conducted joint performance assessment of hospital operation and management from January to December 2021 were selected as the study group.The clinical nursing quality,satisfaction degree and complaint rate of emergency department nurses were compared between the two groups.Results The scores of nursing documents,nursing safety,first aid drugs,aseptic technique and disinfection and isolation in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P < 0.05).The total satisfaction of the study group was 95.5%,higher than 65.0% of the control group(P < 0.05).The complaint rate of nursing staff in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P < 0.05).Conclusion The joint performance appraisal method of hospital operation and management is used in tertiary Chinese medicine hospitals,which has good management effect.
