还原型谷胱甘肽联合益生菌辅助治疗对2型糖尿病患者糖脂代谢、炎症以及氧化应激指标的影响

Effects of reduced glutathione combined with probiotics on glucose and lipid metabolism,inflammatory factors and oxidative stress in type 2 diabetes patients

摘要 目的探讨还原型谷胱甘肽联合益生菌辅助治疗对2型糖尿病患者糖脂代谢指标、炎症指标以及氧化应激指标的影响。方法将2021年1月至2022年9月于该院就诊的96例2型糖尿病患者纳入研究。按随机数字表法将其分为对照组和研究组各48例。对照组给予二甲双胍+那格列奈降糖治疗,研究组在给予二甲双胍+那格列奈降糖治疗的基础上给予还原型谷胱甘肽+益生菌辅助治疗,比较两组患者治疗前后糖脂代谢相关指标、炎症指标以及氧化应激指标水平。结果两组糖脂代谢相关指标比较显示,研究组患者治疗后总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、空腹血糖(FBG)、胰岛素抵抗指数(HOMA-IR)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)均较治疗前下降(P<0.05),并且低于对照组(P<0.05)。血清炎症指标比较显示,研究组患者治疗后肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素(IL)-1β、IL-6、IL-8及C反应蛋白(CRP)较治疗前下降(P<0.05),并且明显低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组患者治疗后IL-10较治疗前明显上升(P<0.05),并且明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。氧化应激指标比较显示,研究组患者治疗后丙二醛(MDA)较治疗前明显下降(P<0.05),并且明显低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组患者治疗后超氧歧化物酶(SOD)以及总抗氧化能力(TAOC)较治疗前明显上升(P<0.05),并且明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗期间不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论还原型谷胱甘肽联合益生菌辅助治疗明显改善2型糖尿病患者糖脂代谢、炎症以及氧化应激指标。 Objective To investigate the effects of reduced glutathione combined with probiotics on glucose and lipid metabolism,inflammation and oxidative stress in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus.Methods A total of 96 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus who were treated in the hospital from January 2021 to September 2022 were enrolled in the study.According to the random number table method,they were divided into the control group and the study group,each with 48 cases.The control group was given metformin+nateglinide hypoglycemic treatment,and the study group was given reduced glutathione+probiotics adjuvant treatment on the basis of metformin+nateglinide hypoglycemic treatment.The levels of glucose and lipid metabolism related indicators,inflammatory indicators and oxidative stress indicators before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The comparison of glucose and lipid metabolism related indicators showed that the total cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG),low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C),fasting blood glucose(FBG),insulin resistance index(HOMA-IR)and glycosylated hemoglobin(HbA1c)of the study group after treatment were lower than those before treatment(P<0.05),and were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The comparison of serum inflammatory indicators showed that tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),interleukin-1β(IL-1β),IL-6,IL-8 and C-reactive protein(CRP)in the study group after treatment were lower than those before treatment(P<0.05),and were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The level of IL-10 in the study group after treatment was significantly higher than that before treatment(P<0.05),and was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The comparison of oxidative stress indicators showed that malondialdehyde(MDA)in the study group after treatment was significantly lower than that before treatment(P<0.05),and was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the superoxide dismutase(SOD)and total antioxidant capacity(TAOC)in the study group were significantly higher than those before treatment(P<0.05),and were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups during treatment(P>0.05).Conclusion Reduced glutathione combined with probiotics can significantly improve glucose and lipid metabolism,inflammation and oxidative stress in patients with type 2 diabetes.
