数字阅读推广背景下高职院校数字图书馆使用意愿影响因素研究——基于UTAUT模型分析 被引量:1

摘要 数字图书馆是高职院校图书馆数字阅读推广工作的关键内容支撑平台,将数字图书馆持续使用意愿研究引入图书馆数字阅读推广工作中,将对促进数智环境下高职院校图书馆数字资源使用效率、提高高职院校学生数字阅读效能等有重要意义。基于技术接受与使用统一模型(UTAUT model),提出高职院校用户数字图书馆使用意愿影响因素假设,并通过发放问卷方式收集数据,利用SPSS软件对问卷数据进行分析,并通过结构方程模型(SEM)进行了假设实证验证。结果表明,绩效预期、努力预期、社会影响与便利条件显著影响职业院校学生数字图书馆使用意愿,其中,便利条件对学生使用移动阅读的意愿影响最大。建议高职院校图书馆从用户体验、资源建设、宣传推广等角度综合提升数字图书馆资源建设与服务内容。 The digital library is a key support platform for the promotion of digital reading in vocational colleges and universities.Introducing the research on sustained use intention of digital libraries into the promotion of digital reading in libraries is of great significance in promoting the efficiency of using digital resources in vocational college libraries and improving the digital reading effectiveness of vocational college students in the digital environment.Based on the UTAUT model,hypotheses on the factors influencing the intention of using digital libraries by college users are proposed.Data are collected through questionnaires,and SPSS is used to analyze the data.The hypotheses are empirically verified with structural equation modeling(SEM).The results show that performance expectancy,effort expectancy,social influence,and facilitating conditions significantly influence the intention of vocational college students to use digital libraries.Among them,facilitating conditions has the greatest impact on students willingness to use mobile reading.It is suggested that vocational college libraries comprehensively improve their digital library resources and services from the perspectives of user experience,resource construction,and publicity and promotion.
