摘要
激发个体参与体育运动的动机对于促进健康生活方式的改变至关重要。本研究对自我决定理论在体育健康促进领域的重要研究成果进行了梳理和归纳,概括了现有研究取得的成果和研究中存在的现实问题,并对未来研究内容与方向提出展望。SDT在体育健康促进领域的研究目前主要集中在“体育健康促进行为保持”、“个体对体育健康促进行为的依赖性”、“个体对体育健康促进行为的积极性”、“个体对体育健康促进行为的感知”、“个体体育行为与健康因果取向”以及基于SDT的体育健康促进实验研究这6个方面,现有研究在年龄、性别、先前的健康状况以及社会环境等方面仍具有局限性,未来可在这些方面取得进展。
Stimulating individual motivation to participate in sports is essential to promote healthy lifestyle changes.This study combs and summarizes the important research results of self-determination theory in the field of sports health promotion,summarizes the achievements of existing research and the practical problems existing in the research,and puts forward the prospect of future research content and direction.At present,the research of SDT in the field of sports health promotion mainly focuses on six aspects:'sports health promotion behavior maintenance','individual dependence on sports health promotion behavior','individual enthusiasm for sports health promotion behavior','individual perception of sports health promotion behavior','individual sports behavior and health causal orientation'and SDT-based sports health promotion experimental research.The existing research still has limitations in age,gender,previous health status and social environment,and can make progress in these aspects in the future.
