预真空压力蒸汽灭菌器安全屏障的建立与实践

摘要 目的:分析消毒供应中心预真空压力蒸汽灭菌器的故障信息、故障类型及原因,建立并实施预真空压力蒸汽灭菌器安全屏障系统,有效降低灭菌故障发生率,保障灭菌设备使用安全。方法:回顾性收集并分析2019年1月~2019年9月5台预真空压力蒸汽灭菌器的报警频数及故障信息,作为改进前;收集并分析2019年10月~2020年6月建立安全屏障系统(包括管理屏障及物理屏障)后5台预真空压力蒸汽灭菌器的报警频数及故障信息,作为改进后,对比二者上述指标,分析安全屏障系统对灭菌器使用安全的影响。结果:改进前5台预真空压力蒸汽灭菌器共报警61次,其中,水、电和蒸汽供应条件缺失引起25次,操作不规范28次,设备本身故障8次;改进后共报警15次,其中,水、电和蒸汽供应条件缺失引起3次,操作不规范5次,设备本身故障7次。改进前后差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:通过建立并实施全面多元化的安全屏障系统,可以有效降低预真空压力蒸汽灭菌器的报警频数,保障医院感染的安全,延长灭菌器使用寿命。 Objective:To analyze the failure information,failure types and causes of the pre-vacuum pressure steam sterilizer in the central sterile supply department,and to formulate corresponding management measures,so as to reduce the alarm frequency of the sterilizing equipment.Methods:To collect and analyze retrospectively the between January 2019 and September 2019 during three alarm frequency in the process of the vacuum pressure steam sterilizer and fault information,through the continuous quality improvement method was established,the sterilization core management team,post after improving measures such as training,collect and analyze during October 2019 to June 2020 alarm frequency and fault information,compare the two.Results:The first 5 pre vacuum pressure steam sterilizers were improved,with a total of 61 alarms.Among them,25 were caused by the lack of water,electricity,and steam supply conditions,28 were operated improperly,and the equipment itself malfunctioned 8 times;After improvement,there were a total of 15 alarms,among which 3 were caused by missing water,electricity,and steam supply conditions,5 were caused by non-standard operations,and 7 were caused by equipment malfunctions,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:By standardizing the scientific management and improving the system,the alarm frequency of the prevacuum pressure steam sterilizer can be reduced and the service life of the sterilizer can be prolonged.
