摘要
目的探讨慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者实行桂枝加厚朴杏子汤联合玉屏风散治疗的临床效果。方法选取2021年3月—2023年5月本院收治的慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者180例进行研究,按照随机抽样法分组,将舒利迭干粉剂治疗纳入对照组,将桂枝加厚朴杏子汤联合玉屏风散治疗纳入研究组,对比两组治疗效果、肺功能水平、中医证候评分及免疫球蛋白水平。结果研究组治疗有效率较对照组明显升高,组间差异显著,有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组FEV1、FVC及FEV1/FVC水平较对照组明显升高,组间差异显著,有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组较对照组治疗后明显降低咳嗽、咳痰、喘息、自汗、气短及易感冒评分,组间差异显著,有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组较对照组治疗后明显升高IgA、IgG水平,组间差异明显,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采取桂枝加厚朴杏子汤联合玉屏风散治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病,能够改善患者免疫蛋白水平,稳定肺功能指标,提升治疗效率,保证预后效果,实践价值较高。
Objective To explore clinical effect of cassia twig houpoea officinalis and apricot seeds decoction combined with Yupingfeng powder in treatment of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.Methods The paper chose 180 patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease admitted to our hospital from March 2021 to May 2023 for study,and divided them into two groups randomly:control group was treated with seretide powder,and study group with cassia twig houpoea officinalis and apricot seeds decoction combined with Yupingfeng powder.Curative effect,lung function levels,traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores,and immunoglobulin levels were compared between two groups.Results Study group showed more significant increase of treatment effect than control group,with significant difference between groups(P<0.05).Levels of FEV1,FVC,and FEV1/FVC in study group were significantly higher than control group,with significant difference between groups(P<0.05).After treatment,cough,sputum production,wheezing,spontaneous sweating,shortness of breath,and susceptibility to colds in study group was significantly less than control group,with significant difference between the groups(P<0.05).Study group showed more significant increase of IgA and IgG levels than control group after treatment,with significant difference between the groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Cassia twig houpoea officinalis and apricot seeds decoction combined with Yupingfeng powder can improve immune protein levels,stabilize lung function indicators,enhance treatment effect,ensure prognosis of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,which has high practical value.
