口腔运动干预促进早产儿行为神经发育的临床应用价值研究

摘要 目的探究口腔运动干预促进早产儿行为神经发育的临床应用效果。方法选择本院2022年1月1日—2023年6月30日的120例早产儿作为研究对象,分别在开始干预后7d、14d评估早产儿吸吮力度、进食时长、耐受程度,并在矫正胎龄40周,通过行NBNA和Gesell发育量表,评定患儿的神经发育情况,通过听觉脑干诱发电位(ABR)反映脑神经连接传递情况,将其按照随机分配法分为干预组和对照组,每组60例早产儿。其中对照组为空白组,干预组实施口腔运动干预;对比两组早产儿的神经发育情况、听力水平情况、进食能力变化和早产儿耐受程度。结果干预组NBNA、Gesell发育量表、Amiel-Tison检测评分明显比对照组NBNA、Gesell发育量表、Amiel-Tison检测评分高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预组早产儿听力水平明显比对照组早产儿听力水平高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预组与对照组相比,早产儿吸吮力评分和进食时间均显著改善(P<0.05)。干预组早产儿哭闹时长、挣扎程度评分明显比对照组早产儿哭闹时长、挣扎程度评分有所改善,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在促进早产儿行为神经发育中,实施口腔运动干预能够有效提升早产儿的神经发育、听力水平、进食能力和耐受程度,能够有效提升患儿的生存质量,值得在临床上广泛运用。 Objective To explore clinical application effect of oral exercise intervention of premature infants during behavioral and neurological development.Methods The paper chose 120 premature infants in our hospital from January 1,2022 to June 30,2023 as research subjects.Sucking intensity,feeding duration,and tolerance of premature infants was evaluated at 7 and 14 days after intervention,neural development of infants was evaluated at 40 weeks of corrected gestational age with NBNA and Gesell developmental scales.Transmission of brain nerve connections was reflected by auditory brainstem evoked potentials(ABR),premature infants were divided into intervention group and control group according to random allocation method,with 60 cases in each group.Control group was blank group,while intervention group was treated with oral exercise intervention.Neurological development,hearing level,changes in eating ability,and tolerance of premature infants were compared between two groups.Results in tervention group had significantly higher NBNA,Gesell developmental scale,and Amiel Tsion test scores than control group,difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Hearing level of premature infants in intervention group was significantly higher than control group,difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).in tervention group showed significantly higher sucking power scores and feeding time than control group(P<0.05).in tervention group showed significantly better crying duration and struggle scores than control group,difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Oral motor intervention can effectively improve neurological development,hearing level,eating ability,and tolerance during behavioral and neurological development of premature infants,and improve their life quality effectively,which is worthy of wide application in clinical practice.
