情境时间、时间组织价值链与时基战略变革——基于医疗卫生产业组织样本的建构主义扎根理论研究 被引量:1

摘要 如何与时代共舞,直面具有客观主义和建构主义双重特性的时间竞争场景,开展基于定量时间活动和定性时间活动的情境时间竞争行为战略变革,已经日益凸显为学界与业界的理论前沿和实践热点。本研究基于定量时间与定性时间、时间竞争(行为)、战略变革多个学科域的理论文献梳理分析和情境时间、时间组织价值链等核心概念研究,采用建构主义扎根理论研究方法(论),理论抽样中国医疗卫生产业组织样本,着力对时基战略变革进行了研究。数据译码结果表明,医疗卫生产业公立医院在政策型医院与市场型医院双重组织身份约束下,陷入内生的公益性与营利性悖论,并产生政策导向性的竞争行为战略变革身份差异;定量时间与定性时间的变化,以及政策强相关因素和市场强相关因素的共同驱动作用,形成了活动导向时间竞争行为战略变革定位差异和人际导向时间竞争行为战略变革观念差异。本研究实现了概念、理论模型、测量构念三个方面的学术创新,分别为情境时间术语、定义及其概念框架,时间组织价值链、医疗卫生产业公立医院时基战略变革理论模型,以及活动导向时间竞争行为战略变革定位差异八个测量构念和人际导向时间竞争行为战略变革观念差异四个测量构念;得出了“情境时间与时间组织价值链的客观主义与建构主义的融合、情境时间竞争行为战略变革的跨学科域融合与发展、组织显性与隐性身份悖论及涌现战略四种研究境界的契合与偏差、作为‘产品’生成性建构的扎根理论中理论预设的纷争与统一”四个主要研究结论;确立了相关产业的组织开展情境时间竞争行为战略变革的新管理工具,并提供了前卫的实践启示。 The most profound sources of theoretical innovation and theoretical development originate from practice.Following the era and stepping on the beat of the era,it has become a real issue of leading enterprise strategic change and having great significance generated in practice of enterprise.How to dance with the era,face the time competition scene with the dual characteristics of objectivism and constructivism,and carry out the context time competition behavior strategic change based on quantitative time and qualitative time activities,which has been increasingly highlighted as the theoretical frontier and practical hotspot in academia and industry.Time is the commonality and foundation in the study of organizational time competition(behavior)and strategic change.Researches in two discipline domains of organizational time competition(behavior)and strategic change exhibit mutual permeation and cross-boundary integration.In view of the research proposition in this interdisciplinary domain,most existing studies emphasize the practicability and efficiency orientation of organizational time strategy through quantitative time,ignoring the description and correlation factor analysis of qualitative time on organizational time competition behavior strategic change,and lacking intrinsic attribute analysis and theoretical interpretation of time in the sense of social construction,as well as lacking research on the impact of the integration of quantitative time and qualitative time on organizational time competition behavior strategic change.Moreover,most of the previous studies only discussed time competition(behavior)and strategic change in a single or general way,lacking the integrated interpretation of the concept of time and the integrated research of time competition(behavior)and strategic change under the self-construction of time organization.Based on the combing and analysis on multiple disciplinary domains theories literature of quantitative time and qualitative time,time competition(behavior)and strategic change,and the research on the core concepts of context time and time organization value chain,using the constructivist grounded theory research method(methodology),theoretical sampling of China’s medical and health industry organization,this article focuses on conducting a study on the proposition of time-based strategic change.Through the analysis of fourth-order data coding,the initial code association list,the source image of the focused code,the panorama schema of the generic category structure of the axial code and the theoretical code integration model are formed respectively.Based on the analysis of the time-based strategic change theoretical model of public hospitals in the medical and health industry,it is found that public hospitals in the medical and health industry have endogenous paradox of public welfare and profitability under the dual organizational identity constraints of policy-oriented hospitals and market-oriented hospitals,which leads to the identity difference in policy-oriented competitive behavior strategic change.Due to the change of quantitative time and qualitative time,as well as the joint driving effect of the strong correlation factors of policy and market,as a result,the difference in orientation of activity-oriented time competitive behavior strategic change and the difference in perspective of interpersonal-oriented time competitive behavior strategic change have taken place.The main theoretical contributions of this study are the concept,theoretical model and measurement construct.Firstly,context time is a major conceptual innovation,which is presented as an innovation in term,definition and conceptual framework.The term is an integrated innovation that merges quantitative time and qualitative time concepts within an organizational context;the definition is the coupling of quantitative time and qualitative time;and the conceptual framework applies both objectivist and constructivist interpretative philosophies,and looks into the image projection relationship between quantitative time and qualitative time.Secondly,the time organization value chain and the time-based strategic change theoretical model of public hospitals in the medical and health industry are two important theoretical model innovations.The former is a theoretical deductive innovation,integrating time organization and the time value chain into a unified framework as a management tool.The latter is an emergent or generative new theoretical model,whose main modules include the axes of quantitative time and qualitative time,dual organizational identities of market-oriented and policy-oriented hospitals,two sets of drivers driven by market and government,and context time competition behavior strategic change.Thirdly,eight measurement constructs for the difference in orientation of activity-oriented time competitive behavior strategic change and four measurement constructs for the difference in perspective of interpersonal-oriented time competitive behavior strategic change are measurement construct innovations of two main concepts(variables).The former newly generated three measurement constructs:time rate change,phase alternation and era adaptation,the latter added a new measurement construct of“time philosophy shaping”.The dual realm of“theoretical research-management practice”is the basic goal and vision of a high-quality research.Based on quantitative time and qualitative time competitive behavior strategic change research,This article summarizes four research results,which are the integration of objectivism and constructivism in the context time and time organization value chain,the interdisciplinary integration and development of context time competition behavior strategic change,the paradox of organizational explicit and implicit identity and the fusion and deviation of four kinds research realm of emergence strategy,the dispute and unity of theoretical presuppositions in grounded theory as generative construction of“product”.Finally,this article establishes new management tools and avant-garde practical enlightenment for organization of related industries to carry out context time competition behavior strategic change.
