摘要
锅炉给水的溶解氧控制是锅炉防腐保护的重要步骤,通常采用化学处置或热力除氧控制溶解氧含量。而利用脱气膜进行锅炉水脱氧,通过降低给水溶解氧,有效降低锅炉的氧腐蚀,减少给水溶解氧对给水管路、省煤器及锅炉设备的腐蚀,从而减少锅炉氧腐蚀爆管的频次。并且在膜法除氧系统运行过程当中,不会对蒸汽产生损耗,保证稳定生产。
Dissolved oxygen control of boiler feed water is an important step of boiler anticorrosion protection,usually chemical disposal or thermal oxygen removal is used to control dissolved oxygen content.The use of deaerated film for boiler water deoxygenation,by reducing the dissolution of oxygen in feed water,effectively reduce the oxygen corrosion of the boiler,reduce the corrosion of dissolved oxygen to water supply pipe,economizer and boiler equipment,so as to reduce the frequency of boiler oxygen corrosion and pipe explosion.And in the operation process of membrane deoxygen system,there will be no loss of steam,to ensure stable production.
