摘要
本研究以对山东省饮食类非物质文化遗产的保护传承实践调查为基础,发现非遗饮食文化内涵挖掘深度不够,对外宣传与推广的力度不足,社会大众的保护意识淡漠,后继传承力量相对薄弱,保护传承缺乏创新发展等问题,针对问题提出了促进山东省饮食类非遗保护传承的对策。
Based on the practical investigation of the protection and inheritance of intangible cultural heritage related to food in Shandong province,this study found that the connotation of the intangible cultural heritage diet culture is not deep enough,the external publicity and promotion is insufficient,the protection consciousness of the public is indifferent,the subsequent inheritance strength is relatively weak,and the protection and inheritance lack of innovation and development.In view of these problems,a series of countermeasures are put forward to promote the protection and inheritance of dietary intangible cultural heritage in Shandong province.
