摘要
为识别不安全状态下风险容忍度关键影响因素,降低不安全行为发生概率,研究建立风险容忍度影响因素综合评价指标体系,采用李克特量表设计调查问卷并开展相关性统计分析,在此基础上构建多变量交互作用分析的结构方程模型,识别关键指标并挖掘指标体系中决策层与风险容忍度的关联关系。结果显示:员工心理和工作性质与风险容忍度相关性显著,对不安全行为发生概率影响较大;生理因素、心理状态、工作性质、安全文化和外部环境与风险容忍度正向关联,关键决策层指标分别为员工体力、员工情绪、工作强度、作业过程监督和行业标准;个人安全素质和安全资源与风险容忍度负向关联,关键决策层指标分别为安全技能水平和现场防护措施。
In order to identify the key influence factors of risk tolerance in unsafe state and reduce the occurrence probability of unsafe behavior,a comprehensive evaluation index system of influencing factors of risk tolerance was studied and established.The questionnaire was designed with Likert scale and correlation statistical analysis was carried out,and a structural equation model of multivariable interaction analysis was constructed to identify key indi-cators and mine the correlation between decision-making level and risk tolerance.The results show that psychological and type of job of employees have significant correlation with risk tolerance,and have a great impact on the probability of unsafe behavior;physiological factors and state,type of job,safety culture and external environment are positively correlated with risk tolerance.The key decision-making indicators are employee physical strength,employee emotion,work intensity,operation process supervision and industry standards;personal safety quality and safety resources are negatively correlated with risk tolerance.The key decision-making indicators are safety skill level and on-site protec-tive measures.
