摘要
为研究Ca-Mg-Al组合混凝剂处理并富集烟草薄片废水中烟碱至固相污泥过程、提取固相污泥中的烟碱的工艺流程,通过正交试验设计和碱液浸提的方式,再采用溶剂萃取污泥浸提液中的烟碱,最后用HPLC测定污泥中烟碱含量。并对萃取剂种类、萃取剂用量、萃取次数分别进行了单因素考察。结果表明:pH值为10.0,Ca(OH)_(2)、MgSO_(4)·7H_(2)O、Al_(2)(SO_(4))_(3)·18H_(2)O的摩尔比为12∶3∶4,组合混凝剂投加量为5.0 g/L,该条件下COD去除率达到62%,废水烟碱富集率最高可达到58.4%。最终,处理得到的污泥中烟碱含量为1.05%,具有一定提取回收价值。
This paper mainly studies the process of treating and enriching nicotine from tobacco slice wastewater to solid sludge by Ca-Mg-Al combined coagulant,and the process of extracting nicotine from solid sludge.Through orthogonal experimental design and alkaline extraction,the nicotine in sludge extract was extracted by solvent,and the nicotine content in sludge was determined by HPLC.The type of extractant,the amount of extractant and the number of extraction were investigated by single factor.PH is 10.0;the molar ratio of Ca(OH)_(2,)MgSO_4·7H_2O,Al_2(SO_4)_3·18H_(2O) is 12:3:4,and the amount of combined coagulant is 5.0g/L.Under this condition,the COD removal rate reaches 62%,and the enrichment rate of wastewater can reach 58.4%.Finally,the nicotine content in the treated sludge was 1.05%,which had a certain extraction and recovery value.
