常州市农贸市场厨余垃圾处理现状及对策研究 被引量:2

摘要 为解决常州市农贸市场厨余垃圾处理困局,调查研究了常州市农贸市场厨余垃圾产生与资源化利用现状、难点,总结了国内外典型的农贸市场厨余垃圾资源化利用经验,对常州市采用的“高温好氧发酵+就地处置”“常规好氧发酵+就近集中处置”“热压干化+就地处置”3种处理模式的建设运行成本进行了初步分析比较。结果表明:好氧发酵采用就近集中处置模式时的平均处理成本仅为就地处置的30%,经济效益最高,但发酵时间需延长至3~5 d以提高产物腐熟度;热压干化的平均处理成本为好氧发酵的50%,后续产物直接焚烧处理或深度加工制成有机肥料;各种技术均有优点和使用的局限性,需因地制宜选择应用,才能达到较好的处置利用效果。 In order to solve the predicament of food waste treatment in Changzhou farmers' market,the current situation and difficulties of its generation and resource utilization are investigated and studied.The typical experience of food waste resource utilization in farmers' market at home and abroad is summarized.The construction and operation costs of "high temperature aerobic fermentation + local disposal","conventional aerobic fermentation + local centralized disposal" and "hot pressing drying + local disposal" adopted in Changzhou City were preliminarily analyzed and compared.The results show that:the average treatment cost of aerobic fermentation is only 30% of that of local disposal,which has the highest economic benefit,but the fermentation time needs to be extended to 3~5 d in order to further improve the degree of product decomposition;the average treatment cost of hot-pressure drying is 50% of that of aerobic fermentation,and the subsequent products are directly incinerated or processed in depth to be made into organic fertilizers;the various technologies have their own advantages and limitations,and need to be selected and applied according to local conditions.Various technologies have advantages and limitations,and need to be selected and applied according to local conditions in order to achieve better disposal and utilization results.
