摘要
探讨一款高比例再生胶原蛋白纤维混纺纱的生产要点及工艺优化措施。介绍了再生胶原蛋白纤维性能特点以及优势,根据其特有的强力低、不耐高温、回潮大等性能,重点对纺纱工艺流程进行了调整与优化,对清梳工序进行了设备流程的改造;梳棉加装温度检测感应器,以避免温度过高对纤维造成损伤等;加强了柔性梳理的研究与工艺优化,在保证充分梳理的前提下尽量降低短纤维的产生;在以牵伸为主的工序,从胶辊、涂料方面减少纤维缠绕,最终成功开发出赛络集聚纺再生胶原蛋白纤维/莫代尔纤维70/3014.8 tex纱,进一步拓展了再生胶原蛋白纤维纱的应用领域。
The key points of production and process optimization of high proportion regenerated collagen fiber blended yarn were discussed.The characteristics and advantages of regenerated collagen fiber were introduced.According to its special properties of low strength,high temperature resistance and high moisture recovery,the spinning process was adjusted and optimized,and equipment process was modified in the picking process.Temperature detection sensor was equipped on carding machine to avoid fiber damage caused by high temperature.The research and process optimization of flexible carding were strengthened,and the generation of short fibers was reduced as far as possible under the premise of ensuring adequate carding.In the drawing process,from the aspects of rubbered-covered roll and coating,the fiber entangling was reduced.Finally the siro condensed regenerated collagen fiber/Modal fiber 70/3014.8 tex yarn was successfully developed,which further expanded the application field of regenerated collagen fiber yarn.
