摘要
非物质文化遗产(非遗)是我国传统文化的重要组成部分,近年来“保护”“延续”和“创新”等元素已逐渐融入非遗的传承与发展,在传统与现代传承方式并存中交织融合向前发展。受文化产业生产要素加速迭代及国内国际双循环等外部环境和非遗自身传承发展特点的双重影响,非遗在发展过程中面临着传承人口缺失、传承方式失范、传承价值受限、传承机制缺乏和标准多样失衡等问题。为确保传承延续、保障非遗价值和维护非遗独特属性,从长效传承出发,基于政府、社会、非遗传承群体及民众四个层面针对上述问题提出了非遗传承发展的实践路径。
Intangible cultural heritage(ICH)is an important component of China's traditional culture.In recent years,elements such as"protection","continuation",and"innovation"have gradually integrated into the inheritance and development of ICH,interweaving and integrating in the coexistence of traditional and modern inheritance methods.Due to the accelerated iteration of production factors in the cultural industry and the dual circulation of domestic and international factors,as well as the inheritance and development characteristics of ICH,intangible cultural heritage faces problems such as a shortage of inheritors,non-standard inheritance methods,limited inheritance value,lack of inheritance mechanisms,and imbalanced standards in the development process.To ensure the continuity of inheritance,safeguard the value of ICH,and maintain its unique attributes,starting from long-term inheritance,a practical path for the development of the inheritance is proposed based on four levels:government,society,ICH inheritance groups,and the public.
