工程训练课程多学科交叉项目式教学改革实践

摘要 为培养适应社会需求、具有解决复杂工程问题能力的高水平工程创新人才,针对目前我国大学生特点和大多数高校人才培养现状,充分发挥高校工程训练中心优势,以能力达成为导向,采用多学科交叉项目式教学课程,对新工科人才培养方式进行改革,并给出实施建议,对于推动工程素质教育和创新教育改革、全面提高人才培养质量具有参考价值。 In order to train high-level engineering innovative talents,who can meet the social needs and be able to solve the complex engineering problems,according to the current characteristics of the China college students and the personnel training status in most colleges,we should give full play to the advantages of engineering training centers in colleges.Taking ability achievement as the guidance and adopting project-driven teaching courses with multi-discipline integration,the training mode of new engineering talents is reformed,meanwhile the implementation suggestions are given.It has reference value for promoting the reform of engineering quality education and innovative education,and comprehensively improving the quality of talent training.
