数字化三维模型结合虚拟仿真正骨复位手法辅助治疗桡骨远端骨折 被引量:1

Digital 3 D model combined with virtual simulation of bone correction reduction technique to assist the treatment of distal radial fractures

摘要 目的:观察数字化三维模型结合虚拟仿真正骨复位手法辅助治疗桡骨远端骨折的临床疗效。方法:选取2021年3月~2023年3月在我院接受中医正骨手法复位保守治疗的桡骨远端骨折患者60例,采用随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组30例。对照组采用常规正骨手法复位,观察组采用数字化三维模型结合虚拟仿真技术辅助正骨手法复位。比较两组治疗前后影像学参数变化、腕关节功能评分(PRWE)、腕关节活动范围(ROM)、疼痛视觉模拟评分(VAS)。结果:与治疗前比较,治疗后两组影像学参数、腕关节功能评分、腕关节活动范围、疼痛视觉模拟评分均明显改善,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。与对照组比较,观察组影像学参数、腕关节功能评分、腕关节活动范围、疼痛视觉模拟评分改善更显著,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:数字化三维模型结合虚拟仿真技术可显著提升桡骨远端骨折正骨手法复位的质量,改善复位后影像学参数指标,促进患者腕关节功能恢复,改善腕关节活动,减轻患者疼痛。 Purpose:The purpose of this study was to observe the clinical efficacy of digital three-dimensional model combined with virtual simulation reduction manipulation in the treatment of distal radius fractures.Methods:A total of 60 patients with distal radius fractures who received manual reduction and conservative treatment in our hospital from March 2021 to March 2023 were selected and divided into observation group and control group by random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group received conventional bone-setting manipulative reduction,and the observation group used digital threedimensional model combined with virtual simulation technology to assist manipulative reduction.The changes of imaging parameters,wrist function score(PRWE),wrist range of motion(ROM)and pain visual analogue scale(VAS)were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results:Compared with before treatment,the imaging parameters,wrist joint function score,wrist joint range of motion,and pain visual analog scale were significantly improved in the two groups after treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the imaging parameters,wrist joint function score,wrist joint range of motion,and pain visual analogue scale in the observation group improved more significantly,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The digital three-dimensional model combined with virtual simulation technology can significantly improve the quality of manual reduction of distal radius fractures,improve the imaging parameters after reduction,promote the recovery of wrist joint function,improve wrist joint activity,and reduce patient pain.
