摘要 某冶炼厂银电解电银粉洗涤、烘干工序采用人工洗涤和电热烘箱烘干方式进行生产,易出现能耗高、耗时长、劳动强度大等问题。针对出现的问题,自主研发了一套新型银粉洗涤-烘干装置,有效降低了能源消耗,减少了生产耗时,取得了较好的使用效果。 The washing and drying process of silver electrolytic silver powder in a smelter adopts manual washing and electric oven drying for production,which is prone to problems such as high energy consumption,long time consumption and high labor intensity.In view of the problems,a new set of silver powder washing-drying device was independently developed,which effectively reduced energy consumption,reduced production time,and achieved good use results.
