摘要
目的探讨基于岗位核心胜任能力的客观结构化临床考试(OSCE)模式在助产教学中的应用效果。方法选取江苏某高职院校助产专业2019级、2020级学生作为研究对象,采用便利抽样法,将2019级97名学生作为对照组,2020级101名学生作为研究组。对照组采用传统教学考核方式,研究组采用OSCE模式的实训及考核方法。比较两组学生的理论、技能考核成绩、岗位核心胜任力及教学满意度。结果培训结束后,两组学生的理论成绩比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),研究组的技能考核成绩高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组的评估能力、评判性思维能力、应急处理能力、团队合作能力及综合应用能力评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组的沟通能力评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。研究组学生对操作考核的满意度评分为(8.86±1.77)分,高于对照组的(7.43±1.23)分(P<0.05)。结论基于岗位核心胜任能力的OSCE模式在助产教学中优于传统教学模式。
Objective To explore the effect of objective structured clinical examination(OSCE)model based on core competency in midwifery teaching.Methods Students of grade 2019 and grade 2020 majoring in midwifery in a higher vocational college in Jiangsu were selected as the research objects,and 97 students of grade 2019 were selected as the control group and 101 students of grade 2020 were selected as the study group by convenient sampling method.The control group adopted the traditional teaching assessment method,the study group adopted the OscE mode of practical training and assessment method.The two groups of students were compared in theory,skill test scores,core competency and teaching satisfaction.Results After the training,there were no significant differences in the theoretical scores between the two groups(P>0.05),and the skill test scores of the study group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The evaluation ability,critical thinking ability,emergency handling ability,teamwork ability and comprehensive application ability of the study group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the score of communication ability between the two groups(P>0.05).The satisfaction score of the study group was(8.86±1.77)points,higher than(7.43±1.23)points of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion OSCE model based on post core competency is superior to traditional teaching model in midwifery teaching.
