不同溶液引发对白菜种子萌发的影响

摘要 【目的】为解决白菜类蔬菜生产中出苗不整齐、大小棵,缺苗断垄等问题,满足线播生产的要求。【方法】用2.5%氯化钠溶液、木酢液(350倍液)和含木酢液复合肥溶液(60倍)3种溶液分别引发2 h和4 h不结球白菜‘上海青’、‘京冠油菜’以及结球白菜类‘娃娃菜金贝贝’的种子,测定其发芽势、发芽率及发芽指数。【结果】60倍液复合肥(含木酢液)引发4 h可显著提高‘上海青’的发芽势、发芽率和发芽指数,分别达到0.967,96.67%和97.94,较对照分别提高了10.27%、8.62%和21.02%;采用2.5%氯化钠引发4 h可显著提高‘京冠油菜’种子的发芽率,较对照提高4.3%,但对其发芽势和发芽指数无显著影响,采用350倍液木酢液引发2 h可显著提高‘京冠油菜’种子的发芽指数,较对照提高8.9%。3种溶液引发均未对‘娃娃菜金贝贝’产生显著影响。通过主体间效应分析,品种在发芽势、发芽率以及发芽指数方面均发挥着显著作用,而不同溶液引发效应以及品种与不同溶液引发的交互效应在提高3种蔬菜发芽指数方面发挥着显著作用。【结论】不同溶液引发对不同白菜类蔬菜种子差异性较大,其中350倍液的木酢液或60倍液的复合肥(含木酢液)对不结球白菜引发效果好,2.5%氯化钠溶液引发4 h对‘京冠油菜’的引发效果较好,‘娃娃菜金贝贝’主要受品种影响。 In order to meet the requirements of the sowing production and solve the problems of irregular emergence,lack of seedlings on the Chinese cabbage,this study compared the differences on the germination potential,germination rate and germination index of Chinese cabbage vegetable Shanghaiqing’,‘Jingguan rape’,‘Jinbeibei with different solutions(2.5%Sodium chloride,350×wood vinegar and 60×Compound fertilizer).The results showed that the GP,GR and germination index of‘Shanghaiqing’were increased by 10.27%,9.85%and 22.17%,but the effects were not obvious on‘Jingguan rape’and‘JinBeiBei’.The GP,GR and germination index of‘Shanghaiqing’were significantly increased treated with wood vinegar(350×)and compound fertilizer(60×)(containing wood vinegar)for 2 h and 4 h.Priming by compound fertilizer(60×)had a best effect.Compared with the control,the GP,GR and germination index were increased by 10.27%,8.62%and 21.02%respectively,and reached 0.967,96.67%,97.94.The GR of‘Jingguan rape’was remarkable increased by 4.3%when it priming with 2.5%NaCl.And the germination index was remarkable increased by 8.9%when it priming with wood vinegar(350×).However,there had no impact on the GP,GR,germination index of‘Jinbeibei when it priming by three different solution.At the same time,through inter-subject effect analysis,varieties play a significant role in GP,GR and germination index.The germination indexes of three kinds of vegetables were significantly increased by the priming effect of different solutions and the interaction effect between varieties and different solutions.
