摘要
比较分析湘西自治州中海拔地区主栽烤烟品种的优劣,为烤烟生产提供重要的决策依据。2021年,课题组在湘西中海拔地区大田开展湘烟7号和K326对比观测试验,均设置5个不同移栽期,对2个品种烟苗进行移栽,测定2个品种烤烟的农艺性状、经济性状和烟叶化学成分等指标。通过比较上述指标,确定2个品种的优劣。结果表明:湘烟7号的株高、叶数、中部叶面积和上部叶面积比K326更大,产量、产值、上等烟比例比K326更高,湘烟7号的农艺性状、经济性状比K326更好。但湘烟7号的总糖、还原糖、糖碱比和氮碱比均偏高,而K326上述指标在适宜范围内或接近适宜范围,因此湘烟7号的化学成分略差。综合来看,湘烟7号更好,适宜在湘西中海拔地区种植。
In order to provide important decision basis for flue-cured tobacco production,the advantages and disadvantages of main varieties of flue-cured tobacco in middle-altitude areas of Xiangxi Autonomous Prefecture were compared.The comparative observation experiment of Xiangyan No.7 and K326 was carried out in the field of middlealtitude area of west Hunan in 2021.Five different transplanting periods were set for transplanting tobacco seedlings of the two varieties,and agronomic traits,economic traits and tobacco chemical composition of the two varieties were determined.By comparing the above indexes,the advantages and disadvantages of the two varieties are determined.The results showed that the plant height,leaf number,middle leaf area and upper leaf area of Xiangyan No.7 were larger than K326,the yield,the output value and the proportion of superior tobacco were higher than K326,and the agronomic and economic characters of Xiangyan No.7 were better than K326.However,the total sugar,reducing sugar,sugar-base ratio and nitrogen-base ratio of Xiangyan No.7 were all higher,while the above indexes of K326 were within the ideal range,so the chemical composition of Xiangyan No.7 was not as good as that of K326.Overall,Xiangyan No.7 is better,and suitable for production in the middle altitude area of Xiangxi Autonomous Prefecture.
