2019—2023年龙游县食品安全风险监测结果分析

摘要 目的:了解龙游县市售食品中化学物及有害因素、微生物及致病因子污染水平和趋势,及时发现该县市售食品安全隐患,为食品安全管理提供依据。方法:于2019—2023年从龙游县不同食品流通环节采集食品样品进行检测,并对结果进行统计分析。结果:2019—2023年共检测食品样品1 977份,6 931项次,合格样品1 875份,合格率为94.84%,项次合格率为98.51%。其中化学污染物份数合格率为96.27%,微生物及其致病因子份数合格率为91.82%。结论:龙游县抽检场所的食品污染总体情况较好。 Objective:To understand the pollution levels and trends of chemicals,harmful factors,microorganisms,and pathogenic factors in the food sold in Longyou county,and to timely identify potential safety hazards in the food sold in the county,providing a basis for food safety management.Method:From 2019 to 2023,food samples were collected from different food circulation links in Longyou county for testing,and the results were statistically analyzed.Result:From 2019 to 2023,a total of 1977 food samples,6931 items,and 1875 qualified samples were tested,with a pass rate of 94.84%and a pass rate of 98.51%.The qualified rate of chemical pollutants is 96.27%,and the qualified rate of microorganisms and their pathogenic factors is 91.82%.Conclusion:The overall situation of food pollution in the sampling places in Longyou county is good.
