摘要
在液化天然气(Liquefied Natural Gas,LNG)燃料动力船上,LNG热源的选择和逻辑控制直接影响着船舶运行的安全性和经济性。以双燃料客滚船为例,介绍LNG加热系统的热源选择、原理设计、逻辑控制和系统的优化。经验证:优化得到的水乙二醇加热系统水温稳定,对设备换热面积进行优化更利于机舱设备的布置,系统的冗余度更高,更为安全可靠;新系统设计能显著降低船舶的建造成本和运营能耗。
Selection and logical control of LNG heat sources directly affect the safety and economic operation of liquefied natural gas(LNG)fuel ships.This article takes a dual fuel RoPax vessel as the example to introduce the heat source selection,principle design,logical control,and system optimization of the LNG heating system.Verification shows that the optimized water glycol heating system has stable water temperature,and the optimized heat exchange area of the equipment is more conducive to the layout of the cabin equipment.As the system has higher redundancy it is safer and more reliable.The new system design can significantly reduce the construction cost and operational energy consumption of ships.
