摘要
目的分析哈尔滨市南岗区住院分娩产妇乙肝表面抗原(hepatitis Bsurfaceantigen,HBs Ag)检测及新生儿首针乙肝疫苗(first-dose hepatitis B vaccination,Hep B1)、乙肝免疫球蛋白(hepatitis Bimmuneglobulin,HBIG)的接种现况。方法通过黑龙江省产科新生儿预防接种信息管理系统(Obstetric Neona tal Immunization Information Management System,ONIIMS),收集南岗区10家产科机构2019-2021年新生儿出生接种信息进行描述性分析。结果共有住院分娩产妇35112人,HBs Ag检测率逐年升高,HBs Ag阳性率为3.01%,HBs Ag、乙肝e抗原(hepati tis Beantigen,HBe Ag)双阳性率为0.38%;HBIG接种率为99.70%;Hep B1接种率为98.87%,24h及时接种率为98.66%。结论南岗区住院分娩产妇HBs Ag检测率较高,但阳性率低;新生儿Hep B1接种率和及时接种率较高,早产、低体重、难产为未及时主要原因,应加强这类特殊儿童的健康筛查和随访,促使其及时补种乙肝疫苗。
Objective To analyze the detection of hepatitis B surface antigen(HBsAg) of hospitalized puerperal,and the vaccination status of first-dose hepatitis B vaccination(HepB1) and hepatitis B immune globulin(HBIG) in neonates in Nangang District,Harbin City.Methods Through the Obstetric Neonatal Immunization Information Management System(ONIIMS) in Heilongjiang Province,the neonatal vaccination information of 10 obstetric institutions of Nangang District from 2019 to 2021 was collected for descriptive analysis.Results A total of 35 112 in hospitalized puerpera.The detection rate of HBsAg increased year by year.The positive rate of HBsAg was 3.01%,and the double positive rate of HBsAg and hepatitis B e antigen(HBeAg) was 0.38%.The coverage of HBIG was 99.70%.Coverages of the HepB1was 98.87%,and the timely vaccination(within 24 hours) of the HepB1 was 98.66%.Conclusion In hospitalized puerpera in Nangang District,the detection rate of HBsAg is high,but the positive rate is low.Coverage and timely vaccination rate of the HepB1 of neonates are high.Premature birth,low weight and dystocia are the main reasons for delayed vaccination.Health screening and follow-up should be strengthened for the special children,and timely vaccination should be done.
