摘要
在跨学科交叉融合建设高水平公共卫生学院和“大健康”“大卫生”的背景下,为适应现代高水平公共卫生人才培养体系发展,通过分析预防医学人才培养模式,发现存在育人模式呆板、学科交叉融合缺失、公共卫生实践技能匮乏、突发公共卫生事件应对能力不足、岗位胜任能力欠缺等困境。为进一步培养高层次公共卫生复合型人才,研究提出以岗位胜任能力为导向,以“五育”融合(“德”为核心,“智”为重心,“美”“体”为两翼,“劳”育赋能)为培养模式,推进课程改革、强化实践教学,通过公共卫生事件项目驱动式学习,整合优势资源,创新公共卫生协同发展培养路径,达到培养践行“新医科”理念的高层次公共卫生复合型人才的目的。
In the context of interdisciplinary integration in the construction of a high-level school of public health and“Great health”and“Great health”, in order to adapt to the development of modern high-level public health talent training system, through analyzing the training mode of preventive medicine talents, it is found that there are difficulties such as rigid education mode, lack of interdisciplinary integration, lack of public health practical skills, insufficient ability to respond to sudden public health events, and lack of job competence. In order to further cultivate high-level,multidisciplinary public health talents, it proposes a position competency oriented approach, with the integration of“five educations”(with“morality”as the core,“intelligence”as the center,“aesthetics”and“physicality”as the two wings, and“labor”education as empowerment) as the training mode. This mode promotes curriculum reform, strengthens practpractcal teaching, utilizes pub-lic health event-driven learning, integrates advantageous resources, and innovates a collaborative development training path for public health in order to achieve the goal of cultivating high-level, multidisciplinary public health talents who embody the concept of“New Medical Science”.
