摘要
皮带自移机尾是综采工作面运输系统的重要组成部分,用于高产高效工作面顺槽刮板转载机与带式输送机机尾的快速推移和正确搭接,接受从刮板转载机来的物料,并转入皮带运输系统,满足工作面高进度、快推进的需要。目前,皮带自移机尾中间架缓冲床存在一定的使用缺陷,因此设计了一种新型皮带自移机尾缓冲床结构,即缓冲钢板与缓冲托辊复合式缓冲床结构。该结构具有耐磨、抗冲击、不损伤皮带的优点,将其应用在皮带自移机尾的中间架中,能够解决缓冲床损坏、皮带磨损快以及皮带自移机尾的服务期限等问题,提升煤矿生产运输的工作质量和生产效率。
The belt self-moving tail is an important part of the transportation system of fully mechanized mining face,which is used for the fast and correct lap of the slotted scraper conveyor and the tail of the belt conveyor in the high yield and efficient working face,and accepts the materials from the scraper conveyor and transfers them into the belt transportation system to meet the needs of high progress and fast advancement of the working face.At present,there are some defects in the use of belt selfmoving tail intermediate frame buffer,so a new structure of belt self-moving tail buffer is designed,that is,the composite buffer structure of buffer steel plate and buffer roller.The structure has the advantages of wear resistance,impact resistance and no damage to the belt.If it is applied in the middle frame of the belt self-shifting tail,it can solve the problems such as the damage of the buffering machine,the fast wear of the belt and the service period of the belt self-shifting tail,and improve the working quality and production efficiency of the coal mine production and transportation.
