心理弹性在孕晚期妇女妊娠相关焦虑与母胎依恋间的中介效应

Mediating effect of resilience between pregnancy-related anxiety and maternal-fetal attachment in late pregnancy

摘要目的:探讨心理弹性在孕晚期妇女妊娠相关焦虑和母胎依恋关系之间的中介作用,为改善孕晚期妇女母胎依恋关系提供理论依据。方法:选取于2022年7—9月在海口市某三甲医院门诊常规产检的277名孕晚期妇女,采用妊娠相关焦虑量表、母胎依恋量表、心理弹性量表进行调查,并采用逐步回归法检验心理弹性在妊娠相关焦虑和母胎依恋间的中介效应。结果:孕晚期妇女母胎依恋得分为75.84±7.26分。Pearson相关分析结果表明,妊娠相关焦虑与母胎依恋和心理弹性之间均呈负相关(r=-0.163,-0.227;P<0.01),心理弹性与母胎依恋之间呈正相关(r=0.325,P<0.01)。心理弹性在妊娠相关焦虑与母胎依恋间起部分中介作用(β=-0.060,95%CI:-0.139~-0.021,P<0.05)。结论:孕晚期妇女母胎依恋水平相对较高,妊娠相关焦虑可通过心理弹性影响孕晚期妇女母胎依恋关系。 Objective:To explore the mediating effect of resilience on pregnancy-related anxiety and maternal-fetal attachment in late pregnant women,so as to provide theoretical basis for improving maternal-fetal attachment in late pregnant women.Methods:A total of 277 late pregnant women who underwent routine antenatal examination in the outpatient clinic of a third-class hospital in Haikou city from July to September in 2022 were selected by convenient sampling method.Pregnancy-related anxiety scale,maternal-fetal attachment scale and resilience scale were investigated,and the stepwise regression method was used to test the mediating effect of resilience between pregnancy-related anxiety and maternal-fetal attachment.Results:The score of maternal-fetal attachment in late pregnancy was(75.84±7.26).The results of Pearson correlation analysis showed that pregnancy-related anxiety was negatively correlated with maternal-fetal attachment and psychological resilience(r=-0.163,-0.227;P<0.01),while psychological resilience was positively correlated with maternal-fetal attachment(r=0.325,P<0.01).Resilience played a partial mediating role between pregnancy-related anxiety and maternal-fetal attachment(β=-0.060,95%CI:-0.139~-0.021,P<0.05).Conclusion:The level of maternal-fetal attachment in late pregnant women is relatively high,and pregnancy-related anxiety can affect maternal-fetal attachment through resilience.
