摘要
由于迎采掘巷会形成采掘扰动应力叠加,使该阶段巷道围岩变形量增加,巷道难以维护。文章针对永智煤矿生产地质条件,采用数值模拟研究了迎采巷道的围岩应力演化规律、围岩变形规律等,结果表明:迎采扰动范围为采掘两个工作面间距20 m至滞后40 m,迎采扰动对5102辅运巷顶板下沉影响较大,对底鼓和两帮变形影响较小,巷道下部的围岩变形大于上部但不明显;根据数值模拟结果,提出了巷道顶板补强支护方案。该方案经过现场应用表明,迎采扰动范围内的巷道围岩变形得到了有效控制,取得了良好效果。
Because the mining roadway will form the superposition of mining disturbance stress,the deformation of surrounding rock of roadway in this stage will increase,and the roadway is difficult to maintain.In this paper,according to the geological conditions of Yongzhi Coal Mine,the numerical simulation is used to study the surrounding rock stress evolution law and surrounding rock deformation law of the mining roadway.The results show that the mining disturbance range is from 20 m to lag 40 m.The mining disturbance has a great influence on the roof subsidence of 5102 auxiliary transportation gateway,and has little influence on the deformation of floor heave and two sides.The deformation of surrounding rock in the lower part of the roadway is greater than that in the upper part,but it is not obvious.According to the numerical simulation results,the roadway roof reinforcement support scheme is proposed.The field application of the scheme shows that the deformation of surrounding rock in the range of roadway mining disturbance has been effectively controlled and good results have been achieved.
