摘要
伴随低碳经济发展,突破性绿色技术创新逐步成为企业缓解环境规制高压的重要途径。本文采用2005~2022年我国沪深A股上市公司数据,研究低碳试点政策对企业突破性绿色技术创新的影响及驱动机制。结果表明:低碳试点政策能够推动企业突破性绿色技术创新,该结论在经过系列稳健性检验后仍旧成立。由机制检验可知,低碳试点政策通过环境信息披露与绿色金融发展推动企业突破性绿色技术创新。异质性分析发现,低碳试点政策对国有企业、高新技术企业突破性绿色技术创新驱动作用更显著。基于此,提出完善绿色发展顶层设计、“因企制宜”出台扶持政策、强化绿色金融支持力度的政策建议,以期为推动企业绿色转型升级提供助益。
Under the background of low-carbon economy,breakthrough green technology innovation has become an impor⁃tant way for enterprises to alleviate the pressure of environmental regulations.Using data from A-share listed companies in China's Shanghai and Shenzhen stock markets from 2005 to 2022,this study investigates the driving mechanism of low-carbon pilot policies on breakthrough green technology innovation in enterprises.The results indicate that:the low-carbon pilot policy can promote breakthrough green technology innovation in enterprises,and this conclusion is still valid after a series of robustness tests.Accor⁃ding to mechanism testing,low-carbon pilot policies promote breakthrough green technology innovation in enterprises through en⁃vironmental information disclosure and green finance.Heterogeneity analysis found that low-carbon pilot policies have a more sign⁃ificant driving effect on breakthrough green technology innovation in state-owned enterprises and high-tech enterprises.Based on this,it is proposed to deepen the implementation of low-carbon pilot policies,introduce support policies tailored to enterprises,and strengthen the support for green finance,in order to provide assistance for promoting the green transformation and upgrading of enterprises.
