摘要
在当今现代化的医学生产制造过程中,基于智能制造背景下的生物医药行业特点,应用MES系统能够有效确保生物医药的合规与高效生产。基于此,文章就智能制造背景下生物制药MES系统如何实现生物制药全过程的质量检测进行分析,并始终贯穿于全过程的条码、批号物料管理,以此在生物医药制造过程中对不合规操作进行识别判断,最终确保生物制药企业生产合规及生产数据的全过程可追溯要求。
In today’s modern medical production and manufacturing process,based on the characteristics of the biopharmaceutical industry in the context of intelligent manufacturing,the application of MES systems can effectively ensure the compliance and efficient production of biopharmaceuticals.Based on this,this article analyzes how the biopharmaceutical MES system can achieve quality inspection throughout the entire biopharmaceutical process in the context of intelligent manufacturing,and always runs through barcode and batch material management throughout the entire process,in order to identify and judge non compliant operations in the biopharmaceutical manufacturing process,and ultimately ensure the compliance of biopharmaceutical enterprises in production and the traceability requirements of production data throughout the entire process.
