摘要 为改变以往桥梁工程建设领域预制构件生产“零星、局部、分散”的现状,实现规模化、标准化、信息化的管理,文章基于互联网思维,以“数字化加工”为核心,遵循“统一规划、统一平台、统一数据”的原则,紧紧围绕人、机、料、法、环五要素,开发具备人员、物料、试验、生产线、环境等功能模块的智慧梁场管理平台,全面提高了梁场预制构件生产管理水平。 In order to change the current situation of scattered,localized,and scattered production of prefabricated components in the field of bridge engineering construction,and achieve large-scale,standardized,and information-based management,this article is based on Internet thinking,with“digital processing”as the core,following the principle of“unified planning,unified platform,and unified data”,closely focusing on the five elements of human,machine,material,method,and environment,and developing a production line with personnel,materials,testing,and the intelligent beam field management platform with functional modules such as environment has comprehensively improved the production management level of prefabricated components in the beam field.
