林麝源蜡样芽孢杆菌分离鉴定及致病性试验

摘要 陕西省某林麝养殖基地林麝出现体温升高、食欲废绝等症状,病死率10%左右。为分析林麝死亡原因,采集死亡林麝肺脏、肝脏等病变组织进行病原分离纯化,进行PCR检测、生化试验、16S rRNA测序鉴定、药物敏感性试验和致病性试验。结果显示,致病菌为蜡样芽孢杆菌。生化鉴定试验显示,该菌能分解葡萄糖、蔗糖、麦芽糖等,但不分解甘露醇、硫化氢、尿素等;药物敏感性试验显示,该菌对哌拉西林、头孢氨苄、丁胺卡那、庆大霉素和环丙沙星等抗菌药敏感,对青霉素、苯唑西林、氨苄西林、羧苄西林和复方新诺明等抗菌药耐药;致病性试验表明,该菌对小鼠有较强致病力。论文从林麝体内分离出蜡样芽孢杆菌,为进一步了解蜡样芽孢杆菌病在林麝养殖中的危害并对该病的诊断和防治提供理论依据。 In a Moschus berezovskii breeding base in Shaanxi province Moschus berezovskii,showed symptoms such as elevated body temperature and loss of appetite,and the case fatality rate was about 10%.In order to analyze the cause of death of Moschus berezovskii,tissues such as lung and liver of dead Moschus berezovskii were collected for pathogen isolation and purification,and PCR detection,pathogen isolation and identification,biochemical identification test,16srRNA sequencing identification,drug sensitivity test and pathogenicity test were carried out.The results showed that the pathogen was Bacillus cereus.Biochemical identification test showed that the strain could decompose glucose,sucrose and maltose,but not mannitol,hydrogen sulfide,urea,etc.Drug sensitivity test showed that the strain was sensitive to antimicrobials such as piperacillin,cefalexin,amikacin,gentamicin and ciprofloxacin,but resistant to penicillin,oxacillin,ampicillin,carbenicillin and sulfamethoxazole.The pathogenicity test showed that the bacteria had strong pathogenicity to mice.In this study,Bacillus cereus was isolated from Moschus berezovskii,which provides theoretical support for further understanding the harm of Bacillus cereus in Moschus berezovskii breeding and for the diagnosis and control of Bacillus cereus.
