摘要
文章提出一种有限元仿真及经典疲劳强度公式分析相结合的方法,对某牵引座结构进行疲劳强度校核。按照GB/T 20069-2006《道路车辆牵引座强度试验》标准相关要求,建立某牵引座动态试验有限元仿真模型,计算得到牵引座结构应力危险点在一个加载循环周期内的应力。按照经典疲劳强度公式校核牵引座的疲劳安全,并对牵引座进行动态疲劳试验验证。结果表明,牵引座疲劳安全满足使用要求,验证了该分析方法的有效性。
A method combining finite element simulation with classical fatigue strength formula analysis is proposed to check the fatigue strength of a traction seat.According to the relevant requirements of GB/T 20069-2006“Road vehicles Traction Seat Strength Test”,the finite element simulation model of dynamic test of a traction seat is established,and the stress of the dangerous point of traction seat structure in a loading cycle is calculated.According to the classical fatigue analysis formula,the fatigue safety of the traction seat is checked,and the dynamic fatigue test of the traction seat is verified.The results show that the fatigue safety of traction seat meets the requirements,and the effectiveness of the analysis method is verified.
