摘要
改革开放以来,民营经济逐渐发展起来。随着年龄增大许多企业创始人开始考虑家族企业的传承问题。从我国现行法律和财富管理的发展现状来看,家族信托已经成为家族企业传承的一个可选工具。本文通过分析特步公司的经营状况,对其家族信托设立前后的持股方式、权力分配、薪酬水平等方面进行对比分析,探讨引入家族信托对特步家族企业管理和传承的影响,并针对性地提出发展家族信托的建议,帮助家族企业辩证看待、合理运用信托工具,实现企业的长久可持续发展,为我国家族企业的管理与传承提供借鉴。
Since the reform and opening up,the private economy has gradually developed.Many business founders begin to consider the issue of family business inheritance with age.From the current laws and the development status of wealth management in China,family trusts have become an optional tool for the inheritance of family businesses.This article analyzes the operational status of Xtep company,compares and analyzes the shareholding methods,power distribution,salary levels,and other aspects before and after the establishment of family trusts,which explores the impact of introducing family trusts on the management and inheritance of Xtep family businesses,and proposes targeted suggestions for the development of family trusts.This helps family businesses to dialectically view and reasonably use trust tools to achieve long-term sustainable development of the enterprise,providing reference for the management and inheritance of family businesses in our country.
