摘要
目的:比较动态心电图与常规心电图诊断冠心病伴心律失常的效果。方法:选取2018年1月—2022年1月赤峰市医院心内科收治的120例冠心病伴心律失常患者作为研究对象,均进行常规心电图检测与动态心电图检测,比较两种检测方法诊断冠心病伴心律失常的效果。结果:动态心电图对冠心病的检出率高于常规心电图,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。冠状动脉造影、动态心电图对单支与多支冠状动脉病变的检出率均高于常规心电图,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);动态心电图与冠状动脉造影对单支与多支冠状动脉病变的检出率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。常规心电图与动态心电图对房性早搏早发、室性早搏早发的检出率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);动态心电图对室性早搏二三联律、房性早搏二三联律、室性早搏成对、房性早搏成对、短阵室上速的检出率高于常规心电图,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论:动态心电图诊断冠心病伴心律失常的效果显著,冠心病阳性检出率、冠状动脉病变检出率、心律失常检出率均优于常规心电图。
Objective:To compare the effect of holter electrocardiogram and routine electrocardiogram in diagnosing coronaryheart disease with arrhythmia.Methods:A total of 120 patients with coronary heart disease and arrhythmia admitted to the depart-ment of cardiology of Chifeng Hospital from January 2018 to January 2022 were selected as the study objects,and routine electro-cardiogram and holter electrocardiogram detection were performed.The effect of two detection methods in diagnosing coronaryheart disease with arrhythmia were compared.Results:The detection rate of holter electrocardiogram for coronary heart diseasewas higher than that of routine electrocardiogram,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).The detection rate ofsingle and multi-vessel coronary artery lesions by coronary angiography and holter was higher than that by routine electrocardio-gram,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);There was no significant difference in the detection rate of singleand multi-vessel coronary artery lesions between holter electrocardiogram and coronary angiography(P>0.05).There was no sig-nificant difference in the detection rate of atrial premature beat and ventricular premature beat between routine electrocardiogramand holter electrocardiogram(P>0.05);The detection rate of holter electrocardiogram was higher than that of routine electrocardio-gram(P<0.001) for ventricular premature beat two-triple,atrial premature beat two-triple,ventricular premature beat pair,atrialpremature beat pair and short ventricular tachycardia.Conclusion:The effect of holter electrocardiogram in diagnosing coronaryheart disease with arrhythmia is significant,and the positive detection rate of coronary heart disease,the detection rate of coronaryartery disease,and the detection rate of arrhythmia are all better than those of routine electrocardiogram.
