工作坊模式在患者滴眼药水自我管理中的应用研究

摘要 目的:探讨工作坊健康教育模式在提高眼科患者滴眼药水自我管理能力中的应用效果。方法:选取合肥市某三甲医院眼科住院患者160例作为对照组,163例作为试验组。对照组采用常规滴眼药水应用健康教育,试验组在常规滴眼药水应用健康教育基础上,增加工作坊健康教育模式。出院当天评估两组患者滴眼药水相关知识考核成绩、满意度得分和滴眼药水管理能力得分。结果:两组患者在一般资料的基线调查方面无统计学差异,出院时两组患者考核成绩、满意度得分和滴眼药水管理能力比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),试验组各项得分均高于对照组。结论:采用工作坊健康教育模式能够提高眼科患者滴眼药水应用的自我管理能力。 Objective:Exploring the application effect of workshop health education model in improving the self-management ability of ophthalmic patients in eye drops.Methods:160 ophthalmology inpatients from a tertiary care hospital in Hefei were selected as the control group and 163 cases as the experimental group.The control group received health education on the use of conventional eye drops,while the experimental group added a workshop health education model on the basis of health education on the use of conventional eye drops.On the day of discharge,we compared the scores of knowledge related with eye drops,satisfaction and self-management ability in eye drop between the two groups.Results:There was no statistical difference in the baseline information between the two groups of patients.There were statistically significant differences in the assessment scores,satisfaction scores and eye drop management ability between the two groups of patients at discharge(P<0.05).The scores of the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group.Conclusion:Adopting a workshop health education model can improve the self-management ability of ophthalmic patients in the application of eye drops.
