摘要
目的以推进医院高质量发展为目的,通过建设上海市公立医院“后勤管理学科”以完善医院后勤保障工作,提高医院管理能力。方法基于文献和专家咨询构建“后勤管理学科”课程框架,分析200位后勤管理专家对该课程设置的必要性和重要性评分结果,判断课程设置的可行性。结果各课程必要性评分均高于60分,重要性评分均高于3.5分,变异系数均小于0.3,相关性分析结果显示,必要性与重要性之间存在极显著的强相关关系,学科建设具有一定的可行性。结论后勤管理工作的完善有利于推进医院高质量发展,促进医院管理人才队伍的建设。
Objective:To promote the high quality development of hospitals,and improve the logistics support work of hospitals and the management ability of hospitals by constructing the logistics management discipline in Shanghai public hospitals.Method:The evaluation results of necessity and importance of 200 logistics management experts were analyzed and the feasibility of curriculum setting was judged based on literature and expert consultation in the construction of“logistics management discipline”.Result:The necessity score of each course is higher than 60 points;the importance score is higher than 3.5 points;and the coefficient of variation is less than 0.3.The correlation analysis results show that there is a highly significant and strong correlation between necessity and importance,indicating that the discipline construction has a certain feasibility.Conclusion:The improvement of logistics management work is conducive to promoting high-quality development of hospitals and the construction of hospital management talent teams.
