摘要
目的探讨自拟降脂方联合阿托伐他汀治疗血瘀湿浊型高脂血症的临床效果。方法选择2021年12月至2023年2月来宾市中医医院收治的高脂血症患者80例为研究对象。按照随机数表法分为两组,每组各40例,对照组口服阿托伐他汀片,观察组联合应用本研究自拟降脂方,比较两组治疗后血脂生化结果指标以及血脂指标恢复正常时间,比较两组治疗后白细胞介素6和肿瘤坏死因子α水平变化,统计两组临床治疗效果。结果治疗后,观察组总胆固醇、三酰甘油、低密度脂蛋白水平低于对照组,且恢复正常时间早于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),高密度脂蛋白水平高于对照组,且恢复正常时间早于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组白细胞介素6和肿瘤坏死因子α水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组显效例数为24例(60.0%),无效例数为6例(15.0%),其中显效率高于对照组,无效率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论联合壮医自拟降脂方与阿托伐他汀治疗血瘀湿浊型高脂血症,可有效调节患者血脂水平,促进血脂快速恢复正常,降低机体炎症反应,临床效果可靠。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of self-made lipid-lowering formula combined with atorvastatin in the treatment of hyperlipidemia of blood stasis and dampness type.Methods A total of 80 patients with hyperlipidemia admitted to the Guangxi Laibin Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from December 2021 to February 2023 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into two groups,an observation group and a control group by the random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group received oral atorvastatin tablets,while the observation group received a combination of self-made lipid-lowering formula and atorvastatin.The biochemical results of blood lipids and the time for blood lipid indicators to return to normal after treatment were compared between the two groups,as well as the levels of interleukin-6 and tumor necrosis factorαafter treatment,and the clinical treatment effects of the two groups were analyzed.Results After treatment,the total cholesterol level,triglyceride level,and low-density lipoprotein level in the observation group were lower than those in the control group and returned to normal earlier than the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).High-density lipoprotein level was higher in the observation group than that in the control group and returned to normal earlier than the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The levels of interleukin-6 and tumor necrosis factorαwere lower in the observation group than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The number of effective cases in the observation group was 24(60.0%),and the number of ineffective cases was 6(15.0%),in which the significantly effective rate was higher than the control group,and the ineffective rate was lower than the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of Zhuang medicine’s self-made lipid-lowering formula combined with atorvastatin in the treatment of hyperlipidemia of blood stasis and dampness type can effectively regulate the patient’s blood lipid level,promote the rapid restoration of blood lipid to normal,reduce the body’s inflammatory response,and has a reliable clinical effect.
