摘要
目的评价注射用艾普拉唑钠治疗消化性溃疡出血的效果及安全性。方法选择太和县人民医院2021年1月至2022年12月收治的100例消化性溃疡出血患者,按照随机数表法分为观察组和对照组,每组各50例,分别使用注射用艾普拉唑钠、注射用奥美拉唑钠治疗,比较两组总体人群止血有效率、治疗7 d内再出血率、需内镜止血的发生率、平均输血量以及不良反应发生率。结果观察组和对照组总体人群止血有效率分别为94.00%(47/50)和88.00%(44/50),治疗7 d内再出血率分别为2.00%(1/50)和8.00%(4/50),需内镜止血的发生率分别为4.00%(2/50)和6.00%(3/50),平均输血量分别为[0(0,2)]U和[0(0,2)]U,组间比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组不良反应总发生率为4.00%(2/50),低于对照组的18.00%(9/50),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在消化性溃疡出血患者的药物治疗中,注射用艾普拉唑钠与注射用奥美拉唑钠比较,同样具有较好的治疗效果,且用药剂量小,安全性更高。
Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of ilaprazole sodium for injection in the treatment of peptic ulcer bleeding.Methods A total of 100 patients with peptic ulcer bleeding admitted to Taihe County People’s Hospital from January 2021 to December 2022 were selected and divided into an observation group and a control group according to random number table method,with 50 patients in each group.They were treated with ilaprazole sodium for injection and omeprazole sodium for injection,respectively.The overall effective rates of population hemostasis,rebleeding rate within 7 days of treatment,incidence of endoscopic hemostasis,average blood transfusion volume,and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The overall effective rates of population hemostasis in the observation group and control group were 94.00%(47/50)and 88.00%(44/50),respectively.The rebleeding rates within 7 days of treatment were 2.00%(1/50)and 8.00%(4/50),respectively.The incidence of endoscopic hemostasis was 4.00%(2/50)and 6.00%(3/50),respectively.The average blood transfusion volume was(0[0,2])U and(0[0,2])U,respectively,with no statistical difference(P>0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in patients was 4.00%(2/50)in the observation group,lower than 18.00%(9/50)in the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion In the drug treatment of patients with peptic ulcer bleeding,ilaprazole sodium for injection and omeprazole sodium for injection are compared,with equivalent therapeutic effects,lo wer dosage,and higher safety.
