摘要
目的:分析内镜下黏膜切除术(EMR)治疗结肠息肉的效果。方法:选取2022年1月—2023年1月临沂市中心医院收治的60例结肠息肉患者作为研究对象,随机分为对照组与观察组,各30例。对照组采取内镜下高频电切术疗法,观察组采取EMR疗法。比较两组临床疗效、术后并发症发生情况、生活质量。结果:观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.038)。观察组术后并发症总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.020)。手术前,两组社会活动、生理功能、心理状态以及主观症状评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);手术后60 d,两组社会活动、生理功能、心理状态以及主观症状评分均高于手术前,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:EMR治疗结肠息肉的效果较好,患者术后并发症发生率低、生活质量高。
Objective:To analyze the effect of endoscopic mucosal resection(EMR) in the treatment of colon polyps.Methods:Sixty patients with colon polyps admitted to Linyi Central Hospital from January 2022 to January 2023 were selected as the study objects and randomly divided into control group and observation group,with thirty cases in each group.The control group was treated with endoscopic high-frequency electrotomy,and the observation group was treated with EMR.The clinical efficacy,postoperative complications and quality of life of the two groups were compared.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P=0.038);The incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.020);Before operation,there was no significant difference in social activity,physiological function,psychological state and subjective symptom score between the two groups(P>0.05);At 60 days after operation,the social activity,physiological function,psychological state and subjective symptom scores of the two groups were higher than before operation,and the observation group was higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:EMR is effective in the treatment of colon polyps,the incidence of postoperative complications is low,and the quality of life is high.
