燃煤电厂SCR烟气脱硝效率影响因素研究

摘要 为了最大程度的提高燃煤电厂烟气脱硝效率,以SCR烟气脱硝效率为评价指标,采用烟气脱硝反应实验装置研究了不同催化剂类型、反应温度、氨氮比、氧气浓度、含水量以及空速等因素对SCR烟气脱硝效率的影响。实验结果表明,在其他实验条件均相同的情况下,铜基分子筛催化剂Cu-ZSM对目标模拟烟气的脱硝效果明显优于其他类型的催化剂;当反应温度为320℃、氧气浓度为5%时,SCR烟气脱硝效率可以达到最大;氨氮比越大,SCR烟气脱硝效率就越大,推荐最佳的氨氮比为1.0;含水量和空速越大,SCR烟气脱硝效率就越小,在实际应用过程中,应选择合适的空速,以平衡脱硝效率和经济成本,同时应尽可能的降低含水量,以最大限度的提高燃煤电厂SCR烟气脱硝效率。 In order to maximize the flue gas denitration efficiency of coal-fired power plants,taking SCR flue gas denitration efficiency as the evaluation index,the flue gas denitration reaction experimental device was used to study the effects of different catalyst types,reaction temperatures,ammonia nitrogen ratios,oxygen concentration,water contents and space velocities on SCR flue gas denitration efficiency,The experimental results showed that,under the same conditions,the denitration effect of Cu-ZSM on the target simulated flue gas is significantly better than that of other types of catalysts;When the reaction temperature was 320℃and the oxygen concentration was 5%,the SCR flue gas denitration efficiency could reach the maximum;The higher the ratio of ammonia to nitrogen,the greater the denitrification efficiency of SCR flue gas.The optimal ratio of ammonia to nitrogen was 1.0;The greater the water content and airspeed,the lower the SCR flue gas denitration efficiency.In the actual application process,the appropriate airspeed should be selected to balance the denitration efficiency and economic cost.At the same time,the water content should be reduced as much as possible to maximize the SCR flue gas denitration efficiency of coal-fired power plants.
