摘要
针对重型制造企业车间大量数控机床刀具闲置、车间加工成本居高不下的问题,以汽轮机生产车间刀具管理和配送为例,研究了刀具行业通用编码规则,调研了车间刀具使用和仓储现状,创建了刀具信息的数字化模板。基于此,研究了刀具标识技术,赋予每把刀具唯一识别码,开发了基于客户端和服务器的工艺数字化管控平台,完成了车间刀具关键参数、库存、采购周期等信息从线下到线上的转变,实现了数控机床刀具的数字化管理和基于工单需求的刀具配送。所述平台可以提高刀具配送效率,压缩库存,降低加工成本。
In workshops of heavy manufacturing enterprise,there may be a large number of tools used in numerical control machine staying in idle,leading to high processing costs in the workshop.Taking the management and distribution of tools in steam turbine workshop as an example,the general coding rules in the tool industry are studied,and investigation is carried out on the current situation of tool usage and inventory.Based on this,a digital template of tool information is created,and each tool is labelled by a unique code with the help of the tool identification technology.Furthermore,a digital platform of process management is developed based on client end and server.With application of this platform,the transfer of important information from offline to online is completed,including key parameters,inventory,purchase period and so on,thus the digital management and distribution of tools based on work order are realized.This platform can improve distribution efficiency,lower inventory and reduce processing costs.
